How is Nightwatch licensed?

By feature tier and principal seat. Each tier locks an intelligence depth: Perimeter for foundational hygiene, Sentinel for active threat intelligence, Vanguard for full-spectrum operations. Annual platform investment plus per-principal seat fee. Add-ons available across all tiers.

What is the conflict policy?

Nightwatch maintains a non-conflict register at the firm level. Two competing firms cannot both license Nightwatch in the same metropolitan principal market without explicit consent. The first firm in a market has effective right of refusal on direct competitors.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding cadence is scoped during qualification and tailored to your firm's deployment requirements. Principal onboarding inside a deployed tenant is typically 48 to 72 hours per principal.

Where does the data live?

US-region by default. EU and UK regions are available at the Sentinel tier and above. Dedicated infrastructure is included at Vanguard.

Is Nightwatch a BlackCloak alternative?

BlackCloak sells direct to the enterprise CISO and to the family office. Nightwatch sells exclusively to the firm, the EP, family office advisor, or concierge security operator, who then delivers digital protection to the principal under their own brand. The two products do not compete for the same buyer.

Can the principal see the dashboard?

Only what you decide they see. Most firms route a curated weekly briefing to the principal and reserve the operator console for analyst use only. Both flows are supported.

What about analyst staffing?

Nightwatch ships the platform. Your firm provides the analyst. We provide playbooks, escalation trees, and SLA templates. Analyst Augmentation is available as a paid add-on for firms that need pre-paid analyst hours. If staffing is a structural gap, we can introduce qualified providers under separate agreement.

Can we white-label completely?

All tiers are white-label. Sentinel and Vanguard include full white-label with a custom domain. Perimeter ships with a co-branded portal that retains a back-of-product Nightwatch credential.

What add-ons are available?

Three add-ons attach to any tier. Analyst Augmentation provides pre-paid analyst hours for firms whose internal capacity is constrained. Family Coverage extends protection to household members and dependents. Executive Briefings deliver formatted intelligence briefings for principals, boards, or security committees on a recurring or one-off basis.
