Web design
Website design, built by a cybersecurity firm
Your website is the first thing a client checks and one of the easiest ways into your business. We design and build sites that are fast, accessible and secure from the first line of code, then host and maintain them. Agencies treat security as a hosting footnote. For us it is the starting point.
No obligation · Response within one business day
When it is time for a new website
Most projects start with one of these.
The site embarrasses you
In front of the clients you most want to win.
It is slow on phones
And that is where most first visits happen.
Nobody is sure who maintains it
What software it runs, or when it was last updated.
A security scan or client review flagged it
And the fix is a rebuild, not a patch.
What you get
No build launches until its security, accessibility and speed checks pass.
Design and content
- A design built around what your buyers need to see first
- Mobile layouts tested across devices and browsers
- Accessibility reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA
Security
- Security headers and a content security policy set at launch
- Dependencies audited, and no unneeded plugins or software
- Secure hosting configuration, reviewed before launch
Search and speed
- Structured data, metadata, an XML sitemap and robots rules
- Performance tuned for fast loading on mobile
Handover
- Documentation and training for content updates
How a website project runs
Typical timeline for a business website. Larger sites take longer; the written scope gives your dates.
- Week 1DiscoveryWe review your current site, your audience and your obligations, then agree scope, structure and security requirements.
- Weeks 2 to 3Architecture and designHosting, structure and security foundations are set while the visual design is developed.
- Weeks 4 to 6Build and hardenWe build the site, add content, apply security controls and tune performance. You review at set checkpoints.
- Weeks 7 to 8Test and launchSecurity, accessibility, cross-browser and speed checks. We launch when every check passes.
Website redesign services
Most of our web work replaces an existing site. We start with a review of what you have: what it runs on, what it exposes, how fast it is and what it ranks for. Then we recommend one of three paths: keep and harden it, rebuild it, or replace it. If we rebuild, we carry over the pages that already rank, with redirects, so you do not lose search traffic.
What a website costs, and why
We don’t publish prices. Each site is scoped to what it needs to do.
What the consultation producesA written scope with page list, timeline and the cost of the build and of hosting and maintenance.
What the cost depends on
- Size
- The number of distinct page types and pages.
- Content
- Whether you supply copy and photography or we produce it.
- Integrations
- Forms, booking, CRM, payments or member areas.
- Migration
- How much existing content and search ranking must carry over.
- Requirements
- Accessibility, privacy and industry obligations.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Businesses replacing an outdated or underperforming site
- Professional services firms whose clients judge them on their website
- Organizations that want one firm accountable for the site and its security
Not a fit
- Large e-commerce stores that need dedicated storefront infrastructure
- Teams that need design files only, for their own developers to build
- Anyone looking for the cheapest template site

Questions about website design
More in the full FAQ
How much does a website cost?
It depends on size, content, integrations, migration and your obligations. We don't publish a price because a figure that fits one firm misleads the next. You get a written scope with costs after a 30-minute call.
How long does a website redesign take?
About eight weeks for a typical business website, from discovery to launch. Larger sites or heavy content migration take longer.
Why would a cybersecurity firm build websites?
Because your website is part of your attack surface, and most website security problems come from how a site was built. We build it the way we would advise a client to build it.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes. Every build includes documentation and training for content updates.
Will we lose our search rankings?
Not if the move is planned. We map every page that ranks today and redirect it to its new address.
Do you host the site after launch?
Yes, on a hosting and maintenance plan: managed hosting, updates, backups and monitoring.
Do you work with firms outside Northern Virginia?
Yes. Most web projects run remotely, with in-person workshops in Northern Virginia and DC.
